Talya Galasko is a Cape Town-based writer and director who specialises in creating original branded content and short films. She believes in brief and digestible bios, however if you would like more information do not hesitate to send an email.

Over the years, Talya has managed to create an immersive world for her viewers by pairing a distinct visual aesthetic with rich and complex characters. Formative experience as a copywriter and editor is evident, as narrative is at the heart of everything she does. Talya’s work has been described as provocative and in some instances, even irreverent. She is a detailee – a fanatic and obsessor of specifics – the first to arrive and last to leave an edit suite (although unfortunately, she is often also 5 minutes late to set). Talya is represented at Mercy ︎︎︎ in South Africa and  Sticker ︎︎︎in the UK.
